Rare Blue and White Dahila very difficult to grow
these seeds are quite expensive and difficult to grown. I had them in flat with other seeds and these didn't fare well at all. I am going to start another flat and see if we do the watering differently if we have a different outcome.

Germinate with wet paper towel and zip loc bag method
I was skeptical with all the negative reviews to order this packet of seeds. It took about 2 days of wrapping seeds in a wet paper towel. Then placed into a ziploc bag and left on my bedroom window sil. But as you can see from the picture it worked. Not all but a decent amount seems to have grown roots. Will update the stars in future once it flowers and i can see if it really is the blue dahlia.7/28/2021 Edit: added another photo to show them sprouting out from planter. Looks like they're starting to take hold nicely8/04/2021 Update: new photo added. The plants have some nice root growth, and looks healthy

Hurry up warm weather!
I've never grown anything from seed before, I've always bought the starter plants and I don't know yet if/what I've done right or wrong.I soaked for 24 hours, then germinated in baggie, they took three days to germinate. I planted some in seed starter mix and some in a half and half mix of soil and seed starter mix. The one in the half and half mix is the one sprouting the most (lesson learned). They took ten days to sprout and I have no idea if that's normal or not so I'm still taking notes and we will see what happens!

Not a good product at all
Terrible! One pack didn’t even sprout. The few that grew are yellow and pink. Not the color or flower type described.

Not blue and white
My flowers bloomed, but none look like they are supposed to. One was a deep red, one was white with a purple tinge, and another is yellow. Not what I was looking for.

So far so good...
This is my first time trying to grow any type of flowers but I needed a quarantine hobby so, (after a little experimenting) I got 35 of 40 to germinate in 4 days using the paper towel/ziplock bag method **with alkaline water** and laying the bag the window sill. They're now in their jiffy strips and all have true leaves so it seems like they're gonna be fine... before I transplant them I'll let them acclimate until arround the 1st of May when I can be more certain of the weather.I'll save the 5th star until I see if the blooms are accurate but as long as they're dahlias, I think I'll be ok with them.
