I never thought I’d be writing a review for doggie bags, but here I am. I was buying some cheaper ones before and did they get the job done? Yes. But these - they control the odor without being “perfumey.”They are definitely sturdy, have a good thickness to them and are treated with some sort of antibacterial stuff I think to control the odor. In fact, I accidentally left a tied up bag in my laundry room overnight (it didn’t make it to the can in the garage some how, gross), and I only realized my error because I saw the bright blue bag! I was absolutely blown away - with the old type of doggie bags I was buying, that accident of leaving the bag in the laundry room would’ve stunk up my whole first floor. But it didn’t!Oh, and it comes with a nice dispenser with carabiner clip... but best of all? You get a little yellow bag holder that attaches to the carabiner so you aren’t left carrying full / used doggie bags on the rest of the walk.

These potty bags do the job of potty bags. They're not super great quality, but are any of them, really? I didn't want to drop a fortune on potty bags that were so thick they were essentially tarps but I didn't want to pick up my dog's mess with tissue paper, and these are really a good medium between the two. I have had one or two instances when the bags have torn at the seams, but that's out of literally 500 different times of picking up my dog's mess. The amount of bags you get for your money makes these worth it! The little potty bag holder is also a huge plus. There's nothing that grosses me out more than carrying around my dog's poo while walking to find a garbage can. Even though you still have it with you, you don't have to actually hold it with this little, convenient thing!

Absolutely the best, at any price. I have had dogs since 1960 but have only have picking up their excrement for the past few years. Now we have two large dogs (Standard Poodle and Portuguese Water Dog) a pick up after in our yard and walks. I have tried numerous brands and styles but nothing comes close to the Dogs on Board bags. In the years I have been using them, I have only had two “duds” both from tears in the sides of the bags - clearly evident long before their attempted use. They are uniform (both sizes,) sealed tightly and easy to dispense. The price is wonderful. I only wish I could train our dogs to go straight into the bags, eliminating the middle man. I’m still working on it. Poodles, it turns our, aren’t as smart as they would have you believe!

I do like that the bags DO seem to reduce the odor, in between the transfer from our "doggie doo bucket" and the trash disposal. The best reasons I have for repeatedly buying these bags is that they are (A) a bit larger than most pick up bags and (B) are also a bit thicker than most other bags. These are the BEST CHOICE if you have a medium to large size dog--the bags are quite strong and you don't have to worry about tearing. The seller also includes a fire hydrant roll holder AND a clip for holding used bags, while you finish the walk. I just received my latest shipment of these bags and will continue to reorder.

I like the quantity of bags for the price. They're sturdy and roomy enough for lab sized single poops. I throw a roll in my jacket pocket and I'm good for several walks. They tear off the roll fairly easily. They're scented with a odor like baby powder to help mask the poop's stink. The wife wishes that they had handles, but not a deal breaker for me at that price. I order the Bags on Board 200ct extra thick gray bags with handles to keep her happy.My order also came with a red fire hydrant shaped dispenser with a carabiner to hang from the leash but I don't use it.

Just threw away more than 3/4 of the second roll I opened because they all had holes in the bottom right corner. After the first 2 I made sure I wasn't handling them in a way that was causing it, and I wasn't. First bag of the third roll was good as was all of the first roll. This is the first time I have ventured from the blue doggy bags that wal-mart sells. I have bought a hundred rolls or more from there and I cannot remember ever having a single bag with a hole in it. I hope that one roll was an anomaly, but b/c of it is why I gave it 3 stars.

I have four dogs and have tried nearly every brand on the market for doggie waste bags and every time the Bags on Board brand remains at the top of my list. High quality and I never have a problem with the bags ripping or my hand going through. I find that I use them for more purposes than just dog waste too - mini trash bags to keep in my car or to bring on hikes, or even just as a glove when getting gas to avoid touching the nozzle. I keep a roll in every purse I own. Highly recommend to any dog owner.

Ok the doggy BAGS themselves are good, but what the heck is up with the dispenser? I was looking forward to finally getting one to hold some bags, but I can’t even open it to replace the bags. I think it’s glued shut! No kidding, both my husband and I tried for a while to unscrew the top and or bottom- not sure which is supposed to come off to refill- but it’s glued shut for sure. What a rip.

These are the best value bags for us. We have anything from 2-4 dogs in the house and garden at one time. On walks and in the garden these are the best value bags we've bought.

Truly love these Poop Bags as they are durable and definitely help with odor control. Many say they do but don't. These definitely DO! We also use these with the babies dirty diapers.
