I have found this product is good for lung congestion.

Some reviewers are saying the alcohol is not mentioned on the website, it is. It is also listed on the ingredients on the bottle. These tinctures all work well, I have used this brand for years. Yes the taste is strong but mixed in a bit of juice and taken in a big swallow it is fine.

For me this cures June/August 'hay-fever' allergies (allergy to grasses and weeds). For years I struggled with other products including other homeopathic herbs, prescription allergy meds and over the counter stuff. I was desperate. It has changed my life. It's not a 100% cure but 99%. I'm OK with that. This compound is nothing short of a miracle. I've gone from sneezing about 200 times an hour with itchy eyes and runny nose -- totally not able to function, to able to ride horses and garden during June, July and August. I take just a few doses before the start of the season now, or when a heavy pollen day is happening. I take this in a little water before any food. This has helped me maintain my summer allergies for about 10 years now. It has worked for my sister too. This is the best... but I believe it is the best for the late summer allergy like I have. If you are allergic to many things... I don't know if this would help with mold allergies, or pets for example. I am so happy to see this on Amazon and so easy to purchase.

Great company, but if you want to mix this with water in an eye glass cup, my experience was bad. And I'm a sensitive. It just stung more than normal. The one on ebay didn't.
