Bought this for my boat, but ended up needing it on my truck first! I only have a single battery in my boat and dread having that thing die on me while moored, or worse, out on the lake somewhere. However, I have a draw on my RV trailer that when hooked up to my Toyota Tundra will drain the battery if I forget to unplug the trailer. I had previously purchased a jump starter from a very well known big box store for my truck, which was unable to turn over my V8 when I needed it. Very frustrating when you throw money at something advertised as being powerful enough for a V8, and then not being able to deliver when you actually need it. Luckily I had this in my truck...turned my Tundra motor over easily. Oddly enough my son was using it to recharge his gaming device and his and his sisters iPads while we were on our road trip, and it was still able to turn it over. Actually very impressed! Anyone looking for this type of unit won’t be disappointed. Seems very heavy duty, and very well made. Rubberized edges on the unit itself make it easy to grip and hold onto. Case holds everything neatly so you have everything together when you need it. I read through the instructions to familiarize myself with the features, but it’s pretty intuitive. I’m happy with this purchase for sure.

completely failed to jump start my car. the unit was freshly charged at 100%. when trying to start the car, it did NOTHING when i turned the key. not even an attempt to crank or even a click. NOTHING. so i called my auto service, they came out, hooked up their portable jump starter and the car started right up. this thing is USELESS.

Pros:- Manual Override Fuction: it allows you to still boost the car battery even when completely dead (many portable boosters don’t have this function)- Accessories: quite frankly, this product has the best accessories, including type C charger/cable, and an amazing carrying bag. Booster cables are strong.- Power: more than you need to start most cars/trucks. Used it yesterday to start a truck with a dead battery. It started it with one crank right away.- Construction: it has a ruber type of cover. It looks very solid and strong.Cons- the unit it’s a bit bulky.From everything I’ve tried so far, this is my favorite portable booster.

I didn't know that I needed to have this til I got it, it goes everywhere with me now. Was looking for a small jump starter to have with me for the winter months but this does so much more. Within the first week of having it I used it to start my completely dead plow truck so that I could bring it in for maintenance. Then this past week I took it on a UTV trip that I took, it was the only thing that could charge my tablet so that I could use it for GPS as well as my wifes phone so she could take pictures while on the trip. I don't wanna have to use it this but I know that if I need to it will keep me going! This thing is AWESOME!

Thankfully, I have not needed to use this Jump Starter for its intended purpose (and hope I never need to). However, these are the Pros & Cons, in MY opinion:Pros:- I charged this to 100% the day the charger arrived (July 1st) - then checked the charge a month later (Aug 6th) and it still indicated 100% charge.- Came with all the cable combinations that I will probably ever need - including a wall charger.- The jumper cables are quite 'beefy', not cheap at all.- Nice / quality storage case- I haven't, yet, but I want to try to use this product as a backup power source while we are camping (to re-charge cell phones, etc.), as this will expand how I can get increased value from this product.Cons (and I am getting picky, here):- The light is pretty small, but it is quite bright. Would be nice to have a red-light or red filter, so it doesn't blind folks when it is pointed into their face (that way it could double as a lantern for camping).- While the storage case is nice, it is also quite large - taking up a lot of space in my car. This thing could probably be scaled back by 25-30%.- Would be nice if it included a solar panel, so it could collect some solar energy (while camping) - again, driving additional utilitarian use for this product and helping to justify the purchase.--- Again, If I never have to use this product to actually jump-start my car (which I hope NOT to) - this purchase has little value outside of 'peace of mind.' However, if I can use it for other purposes (camping: light/lamp, re-charger) - then I can get real value from this bad-boy!

I will change my review upon receiving a replacement and testing again.I was so excited to use this as i really needed a jump box for work only for it do absolutely nothing and flash a red light constantly saying reversed. Very first attempt at using it completely failed and the entire unit freaked and would be completely stuck flashing all lights and somehow reading 188% which was extremely strange. How did it go from 80% charge to be stuck flashing 188% and not being able to turn it off so im fairly certain my unit is defective or fried itself after the first attempt. Oh joy.Update: oct 2021Still sucks. After using it maybe no more then 4 times and keeping charged in storage for a few months or so. The unit was down to 90% the last i checked it and now it very quickly loses a single percrnt every few seconds even after fully charging it back up. While the unit itself is on with nothing connected it refuses to keep a high charge and drops in level rapidly so the battery has already started to crap out after only a few uses so this now makes two defective units. A import device like a jump box shouldnt die after a few uses and storage since the first died immediately after the first jump attempt and now the second one is no longer holding a steady charge loosing capacity quickly just by being on and even quicker when in use. Might aswell buy something better.

Too heavy, almost 2.2 kg , just read the manual it says it would charge in 24 hours that's too long in my opinion or need fast charging adapter. Disappointed
