So far so good. I am loving these so far. I’ve had them for about 3 weeks now. I needed a bit more of a challenge in my workouts, specifically abs (everyone’s favorite body part when it comes to exercising). I’ve only used them on the sport turf in the gym, tons of slip. They seem like they won’t be fraying anytime soon. The material where you plant your toes is durable and provides for a sturdy grip.

I enjoy using these, I have hardwood floors and these aren't too bad for them. The sliders themselves get a little scratched up but that means that I'm using them sooo. I use them for dynamic hip stretching as my hip flexors have always been tight. These can be used for so much more obviously and I expect them to be able to hold up for harder workouts as well.

These sliders comes without instructions. Instead, there is a piece of cardboard referring you to the website. I suspect that the company is more concerned about appearing the environmentally friendly than being practical: a thin piece of paper with instructions is not more environmentally damaging than piece of cardboard. When I visited the site, it was down. An email to the company produced a response a couple days later: it was a link to the site (now working) and to some videos. The site had instructions, but I needn't have bothered because they began with "start from the plank position . . . ." If I understood what this meant, I probably wouldn't have needed the instructions. The videos were actually helpful. Obviously, I knew nothing about sliders. It turns out that it is actually very good exercise for the mid-body, but it can be quickly exhausting. These slides are two sides, the smooth plastic side for carpets, the cloth covered side for wood floors. You need a low pile carpet, and one that is more industrial. This is not for use on fine carpet. I wouldn't use them on a wooden floor either because the cloth is surrounded by a plastic rim. Although the rim is designed to be elevated from the floor (the disk is convex), it is hard to use the sliders without the disk running across the floor. The only place in my house that I'm comfortable using the sliders is my tiled kitchen floor. I'm concerned that the indentation between the tiles will eventually cause the sliders to wear, but so far so good. Also, the tile floor is awfully cold to sit on. In sum, these gliders work great if you have the right surface.

I brought this for my husband. He loves these core sliders. He incorporated it in his abdomen work outs. He really feels the burn when he used these.

I like the vibrant color. It works like a charm. First few days I was only able to do a minute. But I’ve slowly improved. My stamina has gotten much better.

I bought these for my wife after a knee replacement. They work very well on laminate floors and have helped her rehab the last couple of months. She uses one twice a day to stretch her knee with no noticeable wear and tear on it yet. We are very happy with them.

They do their job but honestly, I find it scratches the floor whenever I use them...

Used it twice and can't complain. So far it hasn't pulled apart.

Average product, felt is peeling after only a few uses!!
