Aldecoa Nespresso Coffee Capsules, Decaffeinated, 10 Count (Pack of 4)

There are a number of Nespresso style capsules on the market, and it seems like I have tried most of them. The Aldecoa capsules are by far the best....better than the Nespresso branded ones in my opinion. They work/fit perfectly in my Nespresso Essenza machine. Delicious crema layer and high quality coffee. I love the fact that you can actually SEE the coffee in the clear capsule....nothing hiding in there. Oh, and the appealing price is just icing on the cake. Also bought the tea capsules for my wife and they are so good I have started drinking tea on occasion too.

I've subscribed to this coffee for 4 years and was always satisfied until very recently. They changed the capsule material recently and now it's hit or miss whether you'll get a cup of coffee from them. I've gone through 3 boxes and it seems half of them don't puncture and you end up with a counter top full of coffee. I've obviously canceled my subscription.

Not Nespresso, but certainly doesn't defame the Nespresso machine. Not very intense. Tasty. Great for a quick cup that you aren't hard-set to sit and enjoy. Also, if you take milk with your coffee, this is perfect. What the milk drowns out in a Nespresso pod, you basically get the AldecoA taste.

The product makes a reasonable expresso with a slight after taste. I gave it a 3 because when I opened a sealed package of pods, several of the pods were damaged. EXPRESSO grinds spilled out and 4 pods were found to be crushed during the assembly production process. This experience turned me off and will preclude me from buying again. I own the U Nespresso machine.

Coffee is an essential part of my day. The Aldecoa coffe capsules are an excellent product. The coffee taste is vibrant (without bitterness you get from some capsules), the aromas are pleasing, the price point is right on. Ordered on Saturday, had them on Monday. Great coffee and great service, excellent combination. Obviously, the producer of Aldecoa is a coffee drinker and is only willing to produce a product he/she would be willing to drink on a daily basis. Bless you.

The real deal!!!! I've been a Nespresso consumer for years and I like it very much, once I got used to it. Today I tried the ALDECOA Intense coffee and my senses immediately transported me 20 back when I used to drink coffee with my grandfather, who thought me how to drink and enjoy coffee. This is the real deal, if you want good, strong, old fashioned coffee. Thank you, Aldecoa, for bringing the real coffee taste and aroma back home!

Only nespresso compatible pods, but coffee quality is hideous and there are also half the selection in teas (since when???@!?!?!?). Coffee capsules smell nice, which is NOT what you want if you're not gonna use all pods at once. The freshness of the ground coffee inside will be long gone before you make your next shot -if there is any selection that makes it up to a true espresso shot-.

I very carefully weighed the contents of each capsule in a bag and came up considerably short - but got in contact with the company who were very responsive, including being willing to share their QA results. The crema is good, and as long as the roast is what you're looking for, this is quite an acceptable replacement for Nespresso pods.
