Great adder for grocery store sushi
I'm a sushi lover and when I buy sushi at the grocery store there is NEVER enough wasabi. This product solves that problem with a great wasabi that is spicy but not so hot that it burns your tongue. I highly recommend it!

Oh So Good - Perfect Kick Without Ruining the Sushi
Most wasabi just burns your nose and tastes fake - this one actually has flavor. Weโve reordered it several times and itโs always consistent with the right balance of heat (you feel it, but it doesnโt overpower the fish). We use it with fresh sushi (my husband caught wahoo and it was perfect with this), and it honestly makes homemade sushi taste restaurant level. Weโve also started mixing a little into cocktail sauce for shrimp - gives it a perfect kick and honestly tastes better than using plain horseradish. This is a staple in our house. Quick tip: we mix 3 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp wasabi paste - 1 tbsp honey - fresh or jarred grated ginger - simple but so good.

When you have this wasabi paste, get yourself some sushi, and enjoy, this is the best wasabi I've ever had...

not as good as restaurant
the wasabi that I ate in Chinese restaurants would take very little (a dab) to make your eyes water and nose run ( I love it) , this wasabi sauce I put on like toothpaste , very generously, and get a mild effect, which is better than anything I have found in a store. The tubes are small two orders of sushi empties one. Will still look for that restaurant quality wasabi.

got some oompf like authetic sushi
This stuff was made Jan 2026 expires Jan 2027. Super hot, burns for about 10 seconds or less like at authentic sushi places.

Beware: Incorrect ingredients listed -- omits Sorbitol
The listing's ingredients are deceptive, they omit the fact that this product also contains Sorbitol which can be seen on the actual product's list of ingredients....after you've paid for the item which is non-returnable.
