Great customer service
Assembly was easy (pay attention to which side each propeller needs to go on!) and the plane flew like a dream! Aaaaand crashed a lot, since my 7 year old son was flying it. The landing gear did fall off, propellers fell off after rough landings, and the propeller engines on the wings fell off and had to be superglued after a few crashes. Most of our issues had to do with crashes, which had to do with the person controlling the plane :) I would’ve liked the parts to stay on, but after such rough crashes, it’s understandable that they did not. The main reason I’m giving this a 5 star rating is their incredible customer service experience - I contacted the seller to see where we could buy new propellers since all of our had fallen off and gotten lost, and the seller not only shipped brand new propellers to us for free, but also shipped us new landing gear as well! What a great surprise! It made a little boy very happy at Christmastime.

For older kids
I bought it for my dad, who is so much into airplanes) it is surely for older kids, it has some fragile elements to put together, but it comes with clear instructions. It’s made out of the foam materials, so it’s very light and perfect for flying. If play carefully with it it’s gonna last long time.

Cheap but fun.
Pros1. Fast - the thing really moves for what it is2. Cheap - price3. Very durable - crashed this thing full speed about a dozen times in 5 minutes playing with my kid, no damage.Cons1. Cheap build - hot glue all over the props, missing L/R knob on controller. Had to be creative to fix both issues.2. Lost landing gear in about 30 seconds3. Lift is controlled by throttle only, will take some practice and trimming of the tail elevators to get it controllable/stable. CG is slightly tail heavy too. The good news is the tail was designed for a servo (probably a more expensive model) so adjusting the elevator should be simple.Summary - I had very low expectations while assembling due to the defects out of the box but was surprised at how durable and fun it is.

Terrible product
This plane broke on the fourth flight, less than 24 hours after i got it. it also claims to be a perfect beginner plane, but it is very hard to fly at all.

Very basic, can’t control in the slightest wind
This product is really basic. It’s body is styrofoam. Don’t expect stability etc. with this basic product. It takes off on a really sturdy surface and prone to detour due to its body material. If you ask - is it working? yes. It is working. But, is it fun? Definitely not much fun. They mentioned about this styrofoam body in the specifications. They did their part. I didn’t pay much attention to it.

Great fun for my 7yr old.... and me!
For what you are buying - it's a 5-star review from me. You are getting an RC airplane for under $30, so if you are expecting it to be as good as the $100 ones, well, it wont be. But if you are looking for a very durable little airplane that is a lot of fun to fly for a beginner, this is a fantastic choice in my opinion. I purchased this for my 7yr old and he was flying it within minutes. It's been "hard landed" close to 100 times now, and aside from losing the landing gear, it's survived virtually undamaged. It is worth noting that there are no moving rudders or elevators - it's all controlled by the 3 props, which is strange for anyone who has flown traditional RV airplanes before.

Not sure if this is a bunk product or if I’ve got bad luck.
I bought the plane for Christmas for my son. We took it out to fly it and the plane tried to take off, stayed in the air for just a few minutes and came crashing down. A propeller flew off and broke. So I replaced it with the extra. Took it out again and it wouldn’t fly. Not sure if we got a used plane, because the parts were already put together even though the instructions say that it needs to be assembled. I hate to leave negative reviews. And maybe we just got bad luck with this one plane. Because I pulled up YouTube videos of other people with the same plane, and they didn’t seem to have any problems.

Perfect easy beginner plane
bought for my 8 year old. Within 10 min and 2 battery charges he was an expert pilot on this plane. Figured out how to do loops, low pass at dads head, through trees, and even land on road. For the money i don't know of a better gift given that has provided so much fun. Going strong for over a month now. Wheels pop off sometimes. But. Super easy to fly. Just only fly on no wind day.
