Remove it from the water, reposition the part, and immediately dunk it into a bowl of ice water for at least a minute. It should hold in the new position. These are cast in the second generation Bones Black material which isn't as soft and flexible as the previous white plastic. I didn't hate the white plastic but these are better in every sense, the dark color makes it SO MUCH easier to spot mold lines and thus clean it before painting. The detail seems better and crisper but it may be that it is easier to see on a darker material. They are durable, light in weight and that price is hard to beat.
