They could make the lids fit a little more snug. I could see someone grabbing up from the top and only getting the lid lip and sliding the lid off and causing a spill. I guess for price can’t expect a Yeti quality.

The bottom ring will split or crack and cup will not stay up. Other then that engraving cups this works great!

These cups are perfection! They keep coffee hot for hours. It's uncomplicated top is easy to clean and doesn't gross me out knowing there are spots that are impossible to wash (like most tops). Even with the opening, I don't find that I spill much if I knock the mug over. I use these everyday, they go through the dishwasher with no problems. Additionally, I love the level of organization that finally having all the same travel mugs brings!

Customizing them for my grandkids

I got these for my church to add logo. They look beautiful and wash well. One thing is the lid does not stay on very well, but not a deal breaker.
