I'm super bummed. I ordered this table after reading all the wonderful reviews and checking out my friend's table. My table was delivered today, and it's not level. I tried working both of the foot glide levers and even did the troubleshoot for a new foot glide lever. But the uneven glider won't budge and my table is wobbly. The delivery guys were complaining how heavy it was and handling it pretty aggressively. I called the 800 number and they told me all of their technicians were out for lunch and they would call me back. I did not receive a call back and I had to give two massages on it today and the only way it would feel stable, is if I put a pillow case folded up under the uneven glider. Which of course moves if you try to use the buttons for up and down. Anyways, this table is a big purchase and for it to not be up to par is not ok with me. Someone please call me back and get me the expensive, working table I paid for and expected to have today. Then I will happily give the 5 stars. Thank you.

I would of given this table a 5 but there are discrepancies in the description of this table and the actual table itself. Example 1- in the description it claims to have a 600 pound lift capacity but in the owners manual it says 315 is the suggested maximum weight limit. Next discrepancy is the options for the width are 28, 30, and 32. I ordered a 32 inch table which is what I am used to working with at the spa I work at. When I got it in my massage room I thought it looked small compared to my 30 inch wide travel table that I was using in there. I couldn’t get over it so I measured it and it measured 31 inches. Not sure if the sent me a 30 inch by a mistake or if their 32 inch table is actually a 31 inch table. Other than that this table seems awesome. The tilt on it is a little loud. It clicks into place on a piece of metal which kind of dings more than I would like but that’s ok. Motor is smooth. I just got the table today so if I have any issues I will update my review. I love it so far! Can’t wait to get my next client on it. Oh and I love how how low it goes!!! Would of gave it a 5 star if it matched the description!

Delivery was great. The table was packaged very well. I've been using the table for a few weeks now and it works great. The table is very sturdy and makes no creeks at all. The only reason for 4 stars is I think it really lame this high priced table doesn't come with a face cradle.

My clients don't notice a huge difference in comfort as I had a folding Earthlite table prior. Clients can hear that the table is being adjusted, but with eyes closed can't tell what direction they are moving. So, you hear it slightly, but the movement is gentle. I'm looking forward to many more years of practice with this table as my body will be in better alignment. I often adjust it 5 times in one 90 minute session, so that shows how often my body had to compensate when I didn't have the option to adjust up and down. I was so hesitant to purchase this as it said it will arrive almost a month after ordering. However, I was very happy to see it arrived much earlier. The table was huge and you will need help getting it to your office. It weighs about 200 pounds so we unboxed it and used a dolly to flip it on one end and get it up an elevator to my office. Once unboxed, you just plug in.

Finally pulled the trigger and purchased a hydraulic table, after 15 years of massage. Ordering from Amazon was a breeze and the delivery company communicated well and helped get it into my room. So far, my clients love it and it is whisper quiet and when it moves, most don't even notice. My table warmer doesn't stay on well now with this table, since the edges are rounded. I had to attach velcro to the sides to strap it down tight so it doesn't slide around when the client turns over.

The table is wonderful! It lifts smoothly and much quieter than I expected. i was worried about the noise but the Ellora lifts like a dream. I got the 32 wide because I have many larger clients and I like that they have the room to put their arms on the table. I am so glad I purchased this table. The delivery went well also. I have heard horror stories online from other therapists that have ordered electric lift tables. They are not delivered to your door, but that is the norm ordering from anyplace. The shipping company AVS contacted me 2 days before delivery and made arrangements. The driver called when he was about 30 mins from my delivery. I unboxed outside and rolled it inside. I highly recommend the table and buying from Amazon! My only regret is not getting it sooner.

My wife owns a thriving and busy massage clinic in the Dallas area. She often has a waiting list that is three months long, so owning a table that is sturdy and reliable is a MUST. Based on a recommendation from a fellow therapist, and In an effort to extend her career, she took the plunge and purchased the Ellora table.The table arrived undamaged and on time in a massive shipping crate, This table is VERY HEAVY and entirely easy to uncrate. Make sure you have ample assistance when you open the container and set the table up. A few initial observations: The power cord is very thick. If you don't have a floor outlet in your therapy room, you will need a "trip strip" over the cord. The table easily lifts up to 600 lbs. One of my wife's clients weighs 400lbs and the table handles the weight with ease.Finally, and perhaps most importantly, if you are used to a 30" table, your body will need some time to adjust to the extra 2" reach on the wider table. Per my wife, her clients appreciate the wider table, and the padding is soft and durable, however her lower back was sore for three days due to the extra reach. If she had it to do over again, she would have purchased the 30" table.All in all, this is an outstanding table offered at a very fair price. High quality, comfortable, easy for disabled or injured clients to mount/dismount, and very quiet (motor hums quietly when adjusting).
