Definitely extra strength ๐คง
Iโve been using the xylitol version, but they didnโt have it in stock so I bought this one. I use these sprays daily to help with my post-nasal drip. Pros: I can use a lot less and it feels like it does more than the xylitol version? My nasal cavities feel clearer after I use it. For the xylitol, it feels more like a rinse and I have to use more to clear out my sinus. The downside is, it feels like I just sprayed pure ocean water up my nose and the salty taste lingers in the back of my throat. The xylitol one is much more neutral/pleasant and doesnโt taste like anything. I donโt think Iโd want to use this one on a daily basis, but maybe on rotation with the xylitol one. Just bc itโs so salty, and feels like it might irritate my nasal cavities with frequent use?

Clears congestion fast
This extra strength version actually clears congestion when the regular one isn't enough. There's a slight tingle at first but it works fast. I keep one at home for when a cold starts.
