This is a lifesaver if you have sinus issues!Easy to use clean rinse and it does open up your sinuses after using it. This has to be my third bottle. But remember if you use this rent, you might want to be over a sink or have a towel because it will leak out a little bit. Remember, it is a rinse.

Clears nasal passages well . . . if you are able to press the trigger
This spray does a nice job of clearing nasal congestion. However, the trigger is hard to engage for arthritic hands.
