Look closely at the pics
Ok so i ordered these 0.5 ankle weights on sept.6 and recieved them today on Nov.25...I live in texas by the way so if your needing some ankle weights asap than these are not for you since they take time for you to get them..if you look closely at the pics you will see than one weight is more stuffed than the other..i noticed when i picked them both up with different hands that one felt heavier and there supposed to be evenly weighted..I am a bit dissapointed and will not buy these again..other than that they actually look of decent quality and there cute..i wanted these for my pilates exercises and i wanted to start low in weight and work myself up but i will be ordering my next pair elsewhere.

Good quality at reasonable price
I bought these for my 9 year old gymnast to use for conditioning at practice. They are exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I only wish they came with a bag to put them in, but the description was accurate so I can't fault them for that.

Built to last and withstand sweat
Bought these since the pair I had already weren’t heavy enough. They are very sturdy and durable. Can’t wear them without high socks on though. The inside rubs on the inner ankles and tops of the feet where the weights rest. Depending on how long you wear them, can cause blisters. Not sure if they need to be worn in or if anyone else has experienced continuing discomfort. Wore them during some hiit movements and these things didn’t budge.

Good weights
My son has been in the hospital for a long time. Needed something lightweight to help his legs get stronger. These work exactly for that purpose.

Useless
the weights have no way to stay in place. They are to heavy to be strapped on to wrists or ankles and to small to strap on to anything else. Only way to use them would be to secure them to something else and wear that. I used them as a door stopper so I guess not total loss.

Perfect for added resistance.
I’m a performer and so would use these on both wrists and ankles during runs and rehearsals of shows for added resistance. If you’re looking for an item to use multiple ways and to increase your strength, this will do the trick. If you’re unfamiliar on how to use these there’s plenty of tutorials online and workout ideas to also have a go at.

Good for walking around the office
So these are somewhat sturdy and I can use them for daily use while I am at work and walking around. However, if you do not have any cloth on your ankles this will rub you raw. That is my main issue with these. I have other ones and they do not rub, it is a hassle. Another issue is the straps is already starting to split with threads coming out. Other than that, these seem pretty decent.

No rubbing in the ankle
These replaced ankle weights I had that would rub on my ankle while wearing. These are easy to put on and comfortable and they do not rub on my ankle at all.

Decent - but wear tall, thick socks.
These ankle weights - for the most part - are decent. The weight for the price was fantastic - I managed to snag these when they were $15 - and I purchased the set of two 3lb weights for a total of 6lbs.They're pretty solidly constructed, and the circumference will definitely fit every size ankle. They're ergonomically shaped in an attempt to reduce pressure on your Achilles' tendon. These are fairly easy to take on and off - they have a single (somewhat thin/flimsy) hook-and-look strap and you can choose to put them on by stepping into them, or by wrapping them directly around your ankles. So far, I've only walked in them. I'll likely update the review when I'm able to wear them running, but I figure it'll be a similar experience.Cons to consider:These settle while they're on - in two ways. The weighted sand tends to pool at the bottom of the fabric, and bulges out a bit. They also always slide down and rest on the top of my shoes. It's better to position them at the lowest comfortable point on your legs to begin with. Over-tightening the strap won't help keep them in place, doing so will just unnecessarily aggravate your ankle skin.I wore them once with short socks - on bare skin - and regretted that intensely. Even though the fabric feels soft to touch, the weights essentially sanded off the top two layers of my skin with the constant friction from the motion of walking. Tall, thick socks are a must with these. With a few adjustments, these are pretty much exactly what I wanted - there's no breakthrough tech for ankle weights, you might find something better, but probably not for this price. The design could be tweaked a bit, but overall, these are cheap and they work - and I don't think the cons are major enough for me to take off more than one star.

Slides around on Arm
These are great quality and look as the picture does. The problem I have is that the pockets of sand (or whatever makes up the weight in each segment) are so puffy that it cannot fit snugly around the wrist. The result is that when exercising, they slide up and down the forearm as you move. To make it tight enough not to move cuts off the circulation of the arm.

Broke in two days- Other than that I liked them
I just received this product and today is the second time I've used them and the strap has already broke. I did love them for my workouts so far, just very disappointed in how fast it broke. If it wasn't for breaking I would have given it 5 stars, so hopefully future buyers have better luck!

These work but the material sucks and uncomfortable
I bought these because it had the highest weight that I can find but I'm sad that the material sucks so it's not a nice touch to the skin. The previous brand I bought was much nicer. These do work of course and they're easy to use and to change up the weight by removing the sand bags. I wear Long socks with these to cover my ankle to save my skin from the discomfort so its not the end it the world but I wouldn't recommend

Not comfortable / Strap broke / Fiddly
Not comfortable - I thought the material was going to be softer. When around my ankle, it rubs the top of my foot. It's more tolerable when the weight reaches the floor and the buckle rests on the top of my foot (hope that makes sense). I have these awesome thick slipper socks that provide some padding under the weights. Thick socks also help keep the weights from shifting around my small ankles.Strap broke - I've had these for two weeks, using the full 8 lbs in each mostly. Today I wanted to wear them while doing aerobics so I reduced the weight to 4 lbs each. When adjusting one of the velcro straps, the seam ripped apart completely. I will try to fix it with superglue then sewing together for extra hold.. It would be far too floppy with one strap.Fiddly - the zippers are a bit fiddly to pull but not impossible.I still hope to get some good use out of these though. The extra resistance is great from my legs and abs for aerobics and muscle conditioning.
