Super Quick
I like to cook, but I don't typically want to cook a full omelet and then rush to work.If you want really light and fluffy eggs, scramble them in an unlined copper mixing bowl. I use a gravy whisk because it is so much easier to clean than a balloon whisk. I add a pinch of salt, a dash of cayenne pepper and paprika, a touch of oregano and basil, and a little orange juice for flavor. A little (as in about 1/4 to 1/2 a shot glass) pancake batter will make them even more fluffy. Whisk it thoroughly.I keep chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and grated cheese in the refrigerator.I some bread into the toaster. Pull the ingredients out of the refrigerator, scramble the eggs. I pour some egg mix into the mold, add the filling and then top it off with more egg mix, and have two omelets cooking in about a minute. I microwave them for 2 minutes 17 seconds, and have the dishes done, and toast buttered, milk and OJ on the table, and clean pots before they are ready. Breakfast for 2 is ready under 4 minutes with clean pots.So how does it taste compared to actually cooking an omelet? If I cook two omelets as described above for a full 3 minutes, I get something that tastes like a rubber chicken. But if I cook it for 2 minutes, it's still too raw. If I cook it 2 minutes 17 seconds... it's just a tiny bit runny and tastes perfect. Occasionally, I need to cook them another 5 seconds. Your microwave timing might be different.I do believe omelets taste better cooked in a cast iron pan with a little bacon grease. But these are delicious, quick and easy.I keep chopped onions, bell pepper, tomatoes and cheese in the refrigerator and add them to a

It works great
I needed some thing smaller the egg McMuffin thing that I bought really worked better for my needs. This thing in and of itself awesome. If the people I’m cooking for needed more food, this would work. But I’m cooking for the elderly and they needed less so I bought something else at work better for us. I save this because it’s cool and it works well.

Nice quality and delivered next day.
The omelet makers seem to be made of good quality material, They also come with cooking instructions which is always helpful. I cooked a 2 egg omelet with cheese, onion and green pepper per the cooking instructions and it came out good. The instructions say you don't need cooking spray but I think it would be helpful. At least a little.

Omelet maker
I recvd one of these for Christmas from my Grandaughter. An inexpensive gift that has become one of my favorite. 2 eggs and in less than 2min I’ve got a hot breakfast. That’s why I bought 2 more. One as a backup and one for my camper.
