They were inexpensive and that shows in many areas, but they are adequate if you aren't looking for anything that is truly high quality. For my purposes, these are hung above the front door and are high up so any flaws aren't easily noticeable but if they were down on the wall at eye level, they probably would have been returned.Pluses: The frames are well made, held completely together in shipping, not cracked or damaged or flawed in terms of construction, and they were well packaged, expect a couple minutes to unwrap everything and take off all protective coatings.Minuses: One of the frames had a black mark on it ( I hung it so it wasn't visible) and two of the mats had dark marks on them, so if white-white flawless mats are important, think about it, and one of the attached hangers on the back was on crooked so there is no fixing that. They are very light, I just hung using the frame itself on the existing two nails for the frames they replaced. I ended up easily snapping off the easel backs which didn't appear well made or very useful. At least one mat was undersized or the frame was oversized, one or the other.Summary: Cheaply adequate but not exceptional at all.Update: I was contacted after the sale and I have to say this company's customer service was great. They offered to ship a replacement or take whatever steps necessary to make me completely satisfied. I did boost the rating by one star for that purpose. I think if you order these and are not completely satisfied, this seller will seek to make sure you are ultimately happy with the purchase of their products. Most sellers don't make this effort so definite points for them!

These are simple painted wood picture frames that can fit 4x4-8x8 sized pictures with a little exstra room. They come with non-trace nails and have a peel away protective film on both sides of the plexiglass. Each of the frames have an easel stand and a white mat frame insert. The white frames look nice paired with similar frames in different sizes and white crown molding with neutral wall paints.

The 11X11 size white frames I received did not have acrylic plexiglass as stated in the description, but real beveled glass in them. The plexiglass is safer as it won't break if dropped like glass does, that is why I ordered them. So beware when ordering these frames if you are expecting plexiglass as I was. Nice frames, but will use more caution where I hang them. Gave it 4 stars because of this discrepancy.(As an FYI, I did submit a report to Amazon regarding the inaccurate information in the description of the product, so others don't end up with the same disappointment I did.)

This 4pk of 11x11 frames have made it to the top of my list of favorites for diamond painting. You get 4 frames, each come with 2 mats 8x8 & 4x4 that are very thick. Easily fill the space and no gaps when framing photos. Each have 2 hangers for drywall. These came packaged well, wrapped in bubble wrap and corners protected the plexiglass had anti-scratch film on both sides that was easy to peel off. The frames are durable each corner is fastened with a "L" shape staple in each joint to enforce it. Any other wood frames that I have made with that construction have held up much longer than any others and to this day, so I was pleased to see that on these. The table top stand is attached securely with ribbon. People think you need custom frames for diamond paintings, all you need are the right frames and these are the exact size i need for my 4 season DP art.

I am a professional photographer. I needed to hang a show of my work at a gallery here in Louisville October 2021. I needed inexpensive lightweight frames, and these are both inexpensive and light. Love the plexiglass. The problem with them is the paint. It easily flakes off or chips off. I had to buy 36 frames to get 24 with good paint. And there is another issue with the paint. I used white mats for my show. When inserting the mats then the photos then the back, the slightest rubbing of anything on the back causes thin tiny slivers of paint to come off, and you can then see them on the mat. I spent many hours getting mats and photos inserted while minimizing black paint slivers on my white mats. A few frames were so bad I had to throw them away.Having said all that, I will be buying them again, knowing I'll need extras because of paint issues.

I first ordered these over a year ago, in the 8x8 size. They were great. Good quality, beautiful, simple, white frames. So when I needed some 12x12 frames, I came back to these. I needed 4 sets of 4. I received two sets for my birthday, and they were the same great, sturdy quality. I ordered the other two sets myself, and they are far inferior. Not nearly as sturdy. The frame is wood, but seems cheaper. The corners are not as clean cut. They were lighter than the original, which I initially thought was due to the frame being cheaper. After more inspection, the glass in the original was actual glass, not the plexiglass which is advertised. I actually prefer the real glass, but since plexiglass is what Is advertised, I did not factor that into my review. Overall, it's a fine product, and when they are all hung on the wall, you can't tell a difference unless you look very close.

These are cheap.The "glass" is plastic and can scratch with a fingernail.The matting isn't cut large enough on the outside. As a result, you have to center the matting perfectly or you will see a gap around it. It took me 5 or 6 times to get it perfectly centered. I'm sure over time that gravity will cause it to sink and I'll have to reposition it.The frame was flaking black specks onto the white mat which had to be removed multiple times.I'm keeping them because I didn't want the hassle of returning and I did manage to get pictures centered.Update: customer service reached out to me and made everything right. The product is still on the low end, but they recovered nicely so for that I’ll give them one more star.

I was looking for white frames for a Christmas gift and after trying to find 8x8 frames at two local shops, no luck. I have never purchased frames online before so I gave this set a try and very happy with the quality! They came in a nicely packed box and no damage. The glass also comes lined with a clear tape so nothing was scratched prior to arrival.

Overall I am happy with these frames! I like the "glass" isn't really glass and lightweight, while still looking crystal clear. I am rating this 4-stars only because one of the acrylic "glass" pieces was missing it's protective film and was scratched. Would recommend, and would buy again. Good value for price.

Easy to assemble and appreciated the protective film on the picture frame covers. Arrived quickly and packaging protecting all the frames really well.
