Sad because the towel rail is of xcellent quality. VERY much let down by the screws/fixings. They are too short and pull out of the wall. Had to find longer, sturdier screws.But now a few weeks later is still coming out of the wall even with the longer screws. It is a lovely idea but too heavy to sustain even a small hand towel. Am very disappointed.

It looks good, as promised, and arrived on time. Also, it is high enough on the wall that I could see the 'hidden' screw at the bottom in order to use hex key on it. But it suffers from the same thing that bedevils almost every 'hidden fitting': it pivots around and slants, so that the tower slips off. I'm tempted to get a towel rail where you can see the screws: uglier but fixed in place.

Exactly as described.I wanted a tea towel holder to go on one of my kitchen cupboard doors but I didn't want to screw into them.The adhesive sticker works really well and it comes with a spare just in case.I stuck it on my cupboard door and left it 24hrs before I put any towels on it.It works really well and has stayed put, would recommend.

The item does look great but unfortunately the two fixings as to close together. There’s to much play from the outer extremity point resulting in it dropping off level. I was fixing into solid wall and tile. Maybe if there was no tile the screws could be tightened to a higher torque but did not suit my bathroom
