I normally use the long Sport band in the middle (4th) hole. This band on my wrist had to be put in the 2nd last hole.FeelThe opening mechanism protrudes behind the strap quite a way, so the buckle presses into the skin quite a bit (the photograph shows my skin after an hour of removing the strap).QualityThere are many areas on the metal buckle with quite sharp corners (circled). Much better than a normal strap watch. Trick is to click the “buckle” end in place first followed by the “strap” end, then force the strap end through the first and then the second retainer. After the first time it goes through easily. Claims to be genuine leather. I like the thickness and weight. The release mechanism on the strap is relatively easy to use once you've set it up - but there were no instructions. Turns out there are little 'wings' in the middle of the metal bit that you pinch to release (see red circles in photos).
