Are these easy to install and did they come as a pair?

They were easy to install and yes came as a pair. The low beam bulb in the right light has already burned out, so not completely thrilled with this product

Will these fit a 2010 Frontier?

Not certain. The mfg should have a list of years. They fit my 05 Nismo like OEM.
