This batter was nice, but not worth the money. I have tried them ALL.. all the imported crepe mixes and still, the very best is homemade... flour,egg, milk (or water), melted butter. Make batter very thin and spread quickly on crepe pan. Delicious and perfect. You can add a bit of cinnamon, almond extract, vanilla extract, etc... to step up the flavor of the batter a bit. When done, spread Nutella on the crepe and roll it up YUM!!! just like you'd buy under the Eiffel Tower!!! **Q: Does Francine make a buckwheat crepe mix?** A: Didnt like them too thick **Q: Once made, will the batter keep 1 or 2 days in the fridge?
