Preliminary findings
I received this holster less than 45 minutes ago.Fits my Star Super B (9mm Spanish 1911 copy) like a glove (or like a solid holster).Retention is good. If you're worried about someone grabbing your piece, you can loop some shock cord through the holster and tighten it to your liking. It'll keep it in place nicely. For everything else: solid. I've jumped up and down, run in place, crawled around, etc. Did not fall out.Takes a solid pull or shove to draw/reholster, but nothing superhuman by any means.A little bulky for CC, but as I am a fan of open carry, it works for me.Haven't bothered with the belt loop kit (which comes with it), as the paddle..THE PADDLE.I once heard to stay away from paddle holsters, as they can slide off mid-draw and you have a holstered handgun drawn.Whoever said that has never played with this. The paddle is VERY snug, which I love. My old holster felt like I had a brick stuck to my belt. This one makes it seem almost weightless, but you can still feel a little heft to make sure you didn't lose your blaster.Anyone on the fence about this holster, if you're looking for a kydex holster, be it belt loop or paddle, get on the side of the fence where you own this. For the price, I do not believe it can be beaten.Did I mention this thing is sturdy? The kydex is THICK.I'll report back in a few months after some range time, a CPL course, more range time, some bike rides and hikes, more range time, and general use and abuse, but preliminary indications are all very, very good.Additional note, on the con side: it does rattle some as you move, so it makes some noise. For me, not a big deal. For anyone else... Probably still not a big deal. You're not some Super Secret Squirrel Ninja.

Just right and priced nice
Fits perfectly. Adjustable for tension. No slop, no rattle, no noise. Easy draw with good retention. The best of everything, and a heck of a lot cheaper than Safariland or Blackhawk.I've got a rig for sidearm-only local patrol that has one 1911 on each side. Not that I want to be a post-apocalyptic, zombie-slaying cowboy, mind you, but you've got to have more than one firearm regardless of circumstance, and having two pistols fulfills that requirement. The mirror image holsters let me use either hand as the strong hand.

Excellent Holster, Cannot believe the Price!
The holster arrived before scheduled and after a minor adjustment of the tension screws the size 12 fit my Taurus pt140 very well. It's the best "open holster" I've seen constructed from Kydex, a very strong, durable plastic. Being an open holster there is no retention system or thumb break, the molded form of the holster actually holds your weapon in place until you draw it with a deliberate tug. Be sure you order the right size comparable to your weapon, here is a sizing chart link from Uncle Mike's [...]Best of all, the holster only cost me $16.00. I am very pleased with my purchase. Also the Uncle Mikes web belt works well with this and my other holsters and accessories. Uncle Mike's and Amazon are a match made in Shooter Heaven!

Good holster for training and even concealed carry
Bottom line - it fits my SIG P220C just fine. This is a solid holster that covers the basics - kydex is good material - it remains open for ease of re-holstering.- Uncle Mike's is a solid, low cost alternative for those on a budget or who just want something basic to use for courses.- Retention is decent. There are adjustment screws to allow you to customize the fit to your preference.- Paddle is light and holds well.- For the P200C there are not many options in kydex without a button release (Serpa type) this is simply a tension-fit holster. This is not a perfect fit for my Sig - it's a 'generic' size holsterIt does work and the price is right - not much more to say about it.

Great for IDPA
I am just getting into IDPA shooting and bought this holster for my Sig P-220. The gun fits perfectly. The height as well as "cant" is adjustable. I have it adjusted low with no cant and it works great. It comes with a belt clip but I prefer using the paddle. It securely "locks" under the belt so it stays in place during draw. The retention is adjustable with two screws. I am planning on getting a Glock 34 in the near future for IDPA shooting and will get another Uncle Mike's Kydex holster for it.

Excellent out-of-waistband holster, probably the best product Uncle Mike's makes!
Excellent out-of-waistband holster, probably the best product Uncle Mike's makes. I use it for IDPA and USPSA competitions with a Glock 34 and 19, superb. Draw tension is fully adjustable and it has held up great after many years of use. It looks just like the much more expensive Bladetech holsters most use, and it offers the same functionality. I particularly like the low ejection port cutaway which allows me to draw the firearm out of the holster a lot faster than those holster that cover it.

Fits the Ruger 22/45 Lite
This is one of the few holsters (size 30) I found that will accept a Ruger 22/45 Lite. I have the upper rail attached with a small dot sight, and this holster fits with no modification. All I had to do was move the dot sight to the rear of the rail. The end of the barrel sticks out the bottom of the holster about a quarter inch or slightly more, but the front sight is still protected by the holster. The mag catch button is also protected. Once the holster tension was adjusted a little, the pistol fits well with no rattling around. Short of having a custom made holster, this is about as good as it gets.
