I bought this product as a sugar replacement knowing that manuka honey has greater overall health benefits than powder sugar. That's worked out fine. Edit: Though this product is quite pricey, it works for GERD and ulcers It's medicinal properties are amazing. And it tastes pretty good. My concern is that it has trans fat in it. And more calories than others that I've purchased. It's cheaper than some other ones and I wonder if it's a lower quality. You do get what you pay for. I doubt I'd be purchasing this one again.

I have a sore throat in winter for a while due to the dramatic change of the weather. I feel a little pain and uncomfortable with it. My girlfriend suggests me that the honey would be helpful. I try this one for more than one week in a row. Just one spoon in hot water everyday. It helps a lot to attenuate the bad feeling of the throat. The taste is sweet and pure. MyM MANUKA honey is very good staff. Gold crystallization like. Taste is delicious. The most concern that it helps my gastritis. It work very well. I believe if take one or two spoons per day, that will be good investment for health.
