No wheels. **Q: will it fit 8 to 10, 2.5in deep half pans?** A: It will! There is full pan room at the bottom and the top shelf has a couple extra inches of height as well. **Q: Can you put individual food trays in this?** A: Individual food trays? Are you referring to the standard food pans the commercial industry uses? If so, than yes. I use the 6” deep pans and can fit 3 of the full sized ones. It’s quite handy. **Q: I just received 2 of these but I am unable to slide hotel pans into the slots without pushing and shoving- What am I missing?** A: Not sure if the restaurant size pan that you are upstate the same size. But I use the regular size pans for chaffing dishes I believe the measurements are 20 3/4 by 12 3/4. The one you are use may be slightly longer.
