Great PC! Really fast, light and has a long battery life. I thought the smaller screen size may be an issue, but it is actually great - goes from edge to edge. Does the job very well. The only slight down side (and thus 4 star rating) is that the mouse pad pivot mechanism isn't too good. It is very insensitive to the "click balance" so is slow/hard-work and not very responsive. You have to really hard click each side of the pad to cut, copy, paste etc....This is a purely mechanical issue. Given all the other up sides to this great little machine, its something to tolerate...but it gets quite frustrating at times.

Laptop is working well.

This is a beast. IT is my new go to travel laptop. Plenty of horsepower to run anything I throw at it including some older games.Quality build and well worth the money. I love this device.

bought this thinking I'd found a good deal. Looked great when it arrived and seemed to be working fine.... Until I tried to do some work on it. It's advertised as coming with windows professional 10, which is a main necessary feature. This only seems to have the onedrive online version of word and will not let you open and save any microsoft office documents on the laptop. EVERYthing must be saved on line. I thought I could deal with that and just buy the real microsoft office software, BUT THEN IT GO WORSE! I bought it and used it at home initially, so it sat on my desk being used. 3 months in, I unplugged to move it to bedroom and watch my show, but THE UNIT WILL NOT STAY ON UNLESS PLUGGED IN. I've been looking for fixes on line with drivers and what not, but haven't found anything and shoiuldn't have to do this in the first place. I sent an email to the support folks and have yet to hear back months later. WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER AND I'M OUT $1K.

This computer would not let me log in to anything. I could not access any windows documents or office. It would not accept my primary email login credentials to receive emails in the mail application. This computer is terrible
