2PCS Pill Cutter, Professional Pill Splitter for Cutting Small Pills or Large Pills in Half (Blue)

I lost my old pill cutter and needed a new one. I saw this package of two, for the price of one and thought why not? I was afraid that I was not going to be able to get them open, because I am a quadriplegic, but it has a nice lip around the top and bottom. I am able to cut the pill and get the apparatus back open, without spilling pills all over the place. This might be helpful for people with arthritis or other physical disability. I was afraid that it would not cut the pills right, because the bumper that was on my old pill cutter is not on this plastic one. There are actual plastic ridges that hold onto the pill while it is being cut. It works rather well. I will enclose pictures. If you tip the cutter too far back, while trying to open the splitter, the newly cut pieces will escape by the hinges, so try not to do that. :)

Works perfectly, it cuts precisely and sure is better than trying to cut a pill in half with a knife.

The overall size is much larger than my other pill cutters. However the area to place the pills is small and won't take large pills. It does cut pills that fit into the area perfectly fine. The bottom that comes off to clean pill crumbs is not very stable so I won't be using that. Overall and for the price a good pill cutter.

These are like cutting butter. And you can open the back to clean residue. Not huge not too small super easy we have pills of all sizes to break down for the dogs!

Works well splitting pills, but poor quality. Doesnt last long without falling apart.

The blades went dull and the hinge wore out after two years of hard usage. But it was good enough to order again.
