Okay, I've read all the reviews prior to ordering. yes, they have an odor, and just leave them OUT of their packaging, for 2 days, odor at least 80% gone. Wear them another 2 days, odor GONE! Now...on to my opinion> they fit exactly right, size 7DM, as I ordered the Snipe toe style. I work in a bank, they never once slipped on carpeting or tiled floor areas. They look sharp in my suits. I say "they" because i ordered 2 pair, Black & DARK Brown. And for the price ($34.99) they are a steal!! ORDER them with confidence.

I have had the shoes for the past 3 months and will attempt to give insight on the product.When they came, the product was well packaged without an intense chemical smell. The color comes as described with a dark brown color. I bought size 11, my normal size and the shoes were not tight. The material was on the stiff side, though expected with most dress shoes. I expected over multiple wears, the shoes would be more comfortable... not true!3 months later, the shoes remain extremely uncomfortable! If you need a cheap pair of shoes for a single event I would recommend them because they are aesthetically pleasing. If you intend on using these shoes more than that I cannot recommend these shoes.

I purchased these shoes mainly because I liked the look of them and I liked the price. I read a couple comments that there was an odor to the shoes. There isn't some odor to these shoes they just flat out STINK!!! It's not a new shoe smell either, it's a very strong glue like smell. I sprayed these things three times with the febreez spray and even sat them outside for a full day and they still stunk. It has now been 5-days and I am finally able to wear them without everybody in the room getting a headache. They are actually sitting on the floor next to my chair as I type this and I can smell them. I still gave these shoes 4-stars because they are very nice looking, are comfortable, and are priced quite well. So, I really like the shoes but just do something about that smell people!

So far great shoe for the price. This is short-term testing only. Fits as expected unlike other shoes/boots I've purchased on Amazon. I'll update in 6 months or so if there is a problem.Technically I'd give a 4-Star due to leather quality being, well, 'less than leather like', but you can't fault a manufacturer offering a shoe in this price range. Leather is expensive. Period. If you want good quality, thick leather shoes, expect to pay for them. I'll be using normal leather shoe polish to keep them scuff-free and hopefully last a few years. We'll see. Until then, if I get a year of office use from them, they'd still be 5-star shoes for the price. If, however, they fall apart after the first rain (especially if protected with shoe polish) I'll be bac to down grade a few stars.

The size was spot on, I ordered the size I normally wear in sneakers and it was a good fit with a little more toe space. I will admit the smell of the shoe is pretty strong out the box so you may need to air them out or baby powder will do the trick. The comfortability of the shoe is good can wear them for 8 hour shift and not be bothered by it. The all black style is a nice sleek design.

Neat shoe, the brown was a little more brighter/redish tint than expected. Shoe fits well, I was nervous that it was not going to be wide enough based on design but it fit without issue. I saw other reviews on here about the smell and thought "new shoes always smell new." I know what they are talking about. The adhesives used on the shoes are very pungent. I would suggest wearing the out and about first before you trap yourself in an office with other people. I know when I was sitting at work that was all that I could concentrate on was the smell. Aside from that they are fine shoes. I would not buy them again based on the smell because I know Target has the Goodfellow brands that I do like but they were out of stock last time I tried to order which resulted in me ordering these.

I bought a size 13 for my boyfriend. He normally wears a 12 and a half but has been complaining they're becoming too tight for him, so I ordered the 13 and he absolutely loves them!! They fit him great! My boyfriend says they are super comfortable and there room left over for his toes to move around. My only con was that when I first opened the box, it had a high, gasy scent to it.. I call it "the new shoe scent". Maybe my nose is a bit sensitive because the smell didn't bother my boyfriend at all. All in all, they are great shoes and well made! I would recommend this item to anyone.
