This is too little of an amoutnof NMN to have significant effect..
Even if it really is NMN, Dr. David Sinclair has said that even 250 mg of NMN would not have a significant effect. The goal is to increase NAD levels. That can be done from about 50% to 140% with Nicotinamide riboside at 250 to 1000 mg doses. Don't waste your money on this or any NMN that is not endorsed by Dr .Sinclair.

This product is a no brainer to take. Reverses decreasing NAD levels which promotes healthier skin.

How do I rate This?
Been taking this for about 2 years. Unsure if it's better or worse than any other NMN or better or worse than not taking NMN at all. A bit like placebo?If in 50 years, if I'm still alive and healthy, looking like a young rascal, I'll come back and very apologetically give this a solid 5 stars.
