Padding is just where I needed it.
I have golf elbow (ulnar side of elbow) and I wear this whenever I do things that make the tendinitis flare up. It helps keep flare ups down to a minimum.

Effective at first, then not so much
These worked great for my recent diagnosis of tennis elbow. However, about 2.5 weeks into using them (daily) the fabric began to lose integrity and the hook-and-loop wouldn't hold. Now, I have to be mindful of my movement otherwise they pop off. I recommend spending the extra money for higher quality. Have a Mueller knee brace using similar technology that still holds strong after 3 years.

Seems to really help when my tennis elbow flares up and it’s a lot more comfortable to wear than my old brace with the strap.

Works like it should
Seems to be doing its job for the mild case of tendentious I have going on in my inner Elbow. Beats the price of the big box stores.

Mover and shaker
The armband slips and wiggles until it cuts off my circulation. I usually don’t notice until I can’t feel the hammer above my head.
