Balance Ball Chair - Child Size - Blue

We purchased this chair for our son who has Sensory Integration (Processing) Disorder. He can never sit still in a regular chair. After trying a sit-disc, we found this chair to work better as it allows more freedom of motion, but keeps the ball off the floor free of debris and provides more stability.After taking it up to his classroom, we realized we need another for the home and have purchased a second chair for him, and an adult chair for myself. His teacher had only seen the balls used as seats, but not this style of ball chair. She is in love with it as it is more suitable for a classroom environment and hopes to find a way to get them for her entire class.I not only recommend this to parents with Sensory Integration children, but for all children (and adults) as it promotes better posture and puts less pressure on your sit bones.

Purchased for my 6 yr old...was able to use alongside his craft table but not by his desk as the chair is much lower to do any desk work. I like the fact that there's a bit of room to potentially be able to replace (buy) the balance ball with a slightly larger one hence, elevating the chair and sitting position.

Chair is perfect size for second grade classroom. The only reason I didn't rate with chair with 5 starts was because the ball portion on the chair can be punctured fairly easily. It took some searching to find a replacement ball.

It didn't come with the locking rear wheels in the instructions. It came with four non locking wheels.I need to contact the manufacturer to see if they can be sent. The chair is not use able without them. Other than that, the quality is good.

Wonderful chair for my ADHD son. He loves it! Only problem is the bar across the front can be uncomfortable on his tiny legs so we'll be removing it.

Kids loved them. Have not had enough time to see what kind of difference they make but so far so good.

This is awesome for my 2nd grade students, they love it. I do wish we could adjust the height a bit as it can be a little low, but the kids don't complain!

Too light. shifts around really easily even with the wheels locked. Other than that its been great.
