Can you plug into a Fender amp directly?

Mine came with a TA4F connector which is used to plug into a Shure wireless body pack. Amps don't have that type of connector. The XLR version could work but you would have to put an inline phantom power adapter between the mic and the amp.

Will it work with an akg mini 40 transmitter??

This one, no. This has a full-size XLR connection. You'll need the one with the mini-XLR instead. And even then, the transmitter will need to be capable of phantom power as these are condenser mics.

Can I plug this mic into my mixer and if so should I turn on the phatom power on the mixer?

Yes you can plug it into your mixer, and yes it requires 48v Phantom Power to operate, so you should turn that on. Would this work on a harmonica rack?

I think I would recommend the PGA98H-TQG instead. Cardioid microphones have a narrow field of sensitivity and while it will work in general, the center part of the harmonica may get louder than the left and right. That's the only concern I would have.
