Gets the job done
I was on edge about getting these as I’m an haunt actor and was looking for a new pair of gloves, that were comfortable, durable and not a bad price. I purchased these and I wanna say I will be getting another. They are comfortable and even warm as well. Definitely worth the money.

Good gloves
These things are good for the price, and the leather is resilient. My only complaint is that they put Velcro on the fingertips when it would've been nicer to put Kevlar there instead of just on the outside. overall they get the job done.

Great gloves for the price
My son loves this set of gloves. It has given my son the confidence to really carve into some turns and he will lay back on his hand for balance or to gain extra leverage on downhill rides. He is no pro, but does some pretty good down hill rides (maybe 20-25mph). The pucks hold up well, it would take him years to wear one out and they stay attached when they are in use. He says they are very comfortable and prefers to have them on while riding. He hates wearing protective gear so this is a big plus to us.

but I think this fit was perfect for me
I am a girl with S/M hands and they fit perfectly. They can stretch to fit bigger hands if you want, but I think this fit was perfect for me. They protect well, and give me the extra security I need to ride more confidently down a hill, or hand down around a parking lot. Highly recommend, great quality. They like any other gear though, keep your hands very warm.

Solid pair of sliding gloves
A good pair of sliding gloves, great for a beginner, the gloves are fairly breatheable comparative to most, the adhesive on the vlecrow to pucks needs a bit of help if you do any hard sliding, but $2 at Walmart gives you good enough superglue, and it only seemed to be a problem at all if it got too crazy hot, not the most amazing pair of gloves you'll ever find, but they live up to what they claim to be :) hope this helps anybody trying to decidecheers

decent gloves, good pucks, finger pucks ok
The gloves themselves are great, nice and sturdy feeling, the wrist strap feels great and really locks in the gloves, they feel fairly thick though I wouldn't recommend sliding on the actual gloves. The palm pucks are pretty good, the edges are a little more towards the square side though so you may want to avoid the rougher roads as it may lead to catching. The finger pucks aren't very well made, or at least the ones I got weren't well made, the puck on my left glove separated from the velcro tape after 2 slides, on the plus side all I need to do is superglue the velcro tape back on, downside if I had been leaning on the finger pucks with any weight I would have probably bailed and messed up my fingers a bit, so check the finger pucks prior to use.The thumb pucks I felt were pointless, I never used them once, but I'm sure someone may have use for them. All in all the gloves and pucks are decent, would have given a 4 star overall if it wasn't for the finger puck failing the way it did, great gloves to start with, would recommend not to rely on the fingers though.

Decent set of slide gloves.
I hadn't done much longboarding when an accident involving a hill and speed wobble left me with 2 sprained wrists. After healing up, I decided to get a set of slide gloves and see how they would offer me protection. They did the job well, to say it simply. They gave me a lot more confidence on my board, as now I could drop low and plant my hands onto the pavement as I carved. With much more options to keep stability on my board, these gloves have opened a bigger world of what you can do on a longboard, which makes it a lot more fun, and a lot safer too.The only reason I went for a 4 and not 5 stars is because some of the seams on the sides of the fingers have worn and left a couple of minor holes. This comes without any real accidents on my board since I bought these.

Durable and worth the price
I'm a pretty big newbie at this longboarding business and I must say having those finger and thumb caps are saving my fingers from grinding into dust. These are a must buy if you are new to longboarding and want to grind. It's a little tricky learning to grind with just your palm at first so these are great. The pucks are stuck on with good velcro and can be removed if you want to move your fingers or thumb.
