Impressive!! I purchased these for family dinners. At first I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep them or not. ( because they weren’t very heavy and with the plastic on them, I did not think that they were worthy.) but boy was I wrong.!! an hour and a half after we ate we are trying to put the food away and my husband takes the lid off of the hotdog and the steam is still coming out of the bowl!! yes I’m super impressed. They work fabulous!! We have used them a few times now and we love them.!! The temperature retention is excellent!! I kind of thought they look like hospital dinnerware- but I’ll tell you I wish now there was others in the series I could purchase you know like a 9 x 13 cake pan size that I could put the cheeseburgers in so the cheese doesn’t stick that way lagers that are coming to dinner have a hot hamburger when they get there!! but 150% recommend!! This is one of my best purchases yet.!! The only downfall is they’re not able to be put in the dishwasher. They have to be hand washed other than that. They are fantastic.

My wife loves these. They keep food hot or cold for hours. “ if your kids put the lids on” lol

These dishes are great I made one with a hot dish and one with a cold dish and both stayed really well. The top is not as secure as I would like but other than that it’s a great find!

third time we bought thos set, the first we needed just a small container to keep food warm, ir cold, for an old lady everyday receiving her lunch, so we kept the other, medium and large, then we bought another set as a gift for someone. Last weekend we visit our son, we live for a while in his house, his wife remembered this, so we bought this third set for them. All that tells a lot of the convenience on being looking different dishes, and keep them warm, or hot on the table ready for once everything ia ready on the table, sound, mash potatoes, hot dogs winners, bread, corn, etc. you decide what to keep warm. Now, do you want to keep food warm for hours? build water and pour it the container, closed the lid and keep it for 5 minutes, then trow the water out and put your food, 4 or 5 hours, easily, it will last warm, ready to eat.

second set purchased. these are fantastic. we use them for large gatherings and for camping.

I bought this to pack hot lunches for work. I've used the medium sized container now every day for a week. Pros: good size, larger than any other insulated food jar or container I could find, but not too large, perfect for a regular adult meal. Bowl shape allows me to pack casseroles, rice dishes, etc without having to squash it or mix it all up like with the upright insulated containers. Cons: food isn't kept hot up to 6 hours as stated on the package and ad. I fill the container with hot water for 15 minutes before adding steaming hot food. I also wrap the whole thing in 2 layers of aluminum foil. After 4 to 5 hours, the food is still warm and edible without really needing reheating, but definitely not hot. I would't recommend this for foods that have a high risk of spoiling at warm to Luke warm temperatures, but it seems ok for foods that you can heat up to steaming temp first. Also, the bowls are really light and the lid turns only an inch or so into a notch to close. It doesn't screw on like other insulated containers so that's maybe why it isn't so well insulated. It also makes the bowls NOT leak proof, so it must be kept upright to avoid spilling. I'll be keeping this to use for lunch, but I'll still keep an eye out for a better insulated bowl.

I used the largest piece today for an office potluck. I cooked 4 regular cans of green beans in my crockpot. Filled the casserole with hot water and let it stand for 5 minutes. Dumped the water and filled with cooked beans. We ate lunch about 2 hours after I arrived at work and they were still hot. Worked just like I had hoped, totally recommend. I was concerned about the capacity of this largest container and truthfully I could have cooked 6 cans and it would have held them all. Don’t hesitate to get this, it’s great. One warning, do not immerse or wash in the dishwasher. I just filled with hot water and dish soap and washed and dried it.

IT IS DIFFICULT TO WRITE REVIEW ON THIS ITEM AS I NEVER RECEIVE IT. IT GOT LOST DESPITE THE FACT THAT I HAD RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THAT IT WAS DELIVERED. I HAD CONTACTED AMAZON AND THEY WERE PROMPT IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE AND GAVE ME REFOUND FOR THE ITEM AS IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET REPLACEMENT. TO BE HONES I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET THOSE AS IT WOULD HAVE SAVE ME A LOT OF TIME IN THE KITCHEN JUST PLACING FRESHLY COOKED MEAL INSIDE AND KEEP IT FOR MY HUSBAND HOT FOR UP TO 6 HOUR SO HE WOULD NOT HAVE TO REHEATING IT AGAIN. I SEEN THOSE THERMO DISHES AS A GOOD WAY OF KEEPING FOOD SAFE AND READY TO BE EATEN. I JUST WISH I HAD RECEIVE IT.

We bought these to take food to our family so the meal could arrive hot. They work really well. I pour boiling water in them before adding the food so the container is hot. I then add the food and put the lid on. The food is very hot even after an hour of travel, and stays hot for at least 2 hours more. We are very happy with our purchase.

Lovely casserole dish a little smaller than I expected, but the quality is fantastic. It food stays warm for ages. Really happy with it overall
