The product looks beautiful but the components is broken while arriving.

Wobbly but Stable Shelf
I didn’t install but I’ve heard this elsewhere, and my installer is no slouch. The shelf is not as shiny as the rest of the polished chrome, isn’t as sturdy looking, and wobbles. It is annoying that it cannot be tightened to be straight, but it still holds coffee, so not all bad…but not explained that top shelf is wobbly, you cannot tighten it by conventional means…really surprised me Kohler. Guess I’ve had my head under a rock

Double TP Holder is Amazing
Love this sturdy heavy duty double toilet paper holder and shelf. Super easy to install. Great quality and looks amazing in my farmhouse theme home. My home is froM 1950 with plaster walls and it was still easy to install with no issues.
