Seems a great phone when upgrading an ancient one
I upgraded to the Note10+ from an old Note 3 which served me faithfully for years, but the software is no-longer being supported and slowly a lot of apps weren't working properly anyone.This new phone is speedy and battery life seems good. Touch is ok. Because of the rounded screen some website page links fall right on the curve and it's touch sense is a bit off there.Overall I'm very pleased with the ph and have no major issues with it.

Samsung Note 10 as new - a beautiful mobile
I initially received a used Note 10+ from Dig 'n Delve, an Amazon used approved product which was unacceptable due to a deep scratch on the screen. I returned this and was charged postage.Worried about the condition of ordering another used mobile I spoke by phone to another Amazon seller, FoneJoy (Nutel Solutions) prior to purchasing their Samsung Note 10+ to ask the quality/condition of the mobiles. I was given a great deal of information helping me feel confident in my purchase. I was assured it came with a new front screen and back and a new battery. Had it two months. Mobile came boxed very well with new screen with Samsung applied protective screen saver on. The battery charges fast and retains its charge for ages. Condition looks and operates like new at under half the price if new. Feels like I have a new mobile so very pleased and will buy from them again.

A very nice phone. Would be 5* apart from Samsung's horrible "Bixby"
Be warned that it IS quite large and heavy, but you slightly forgive it because it isn't too wide. Other than that it does everything that you'd expect from all the excellent reviews that it has received.One think I do NOT like is the way Samsung stop you from uninstalling "Bixby", which has access to absolutely everything on the phone. The Stasi would be proud of Bixby. Apparently it is completely impossible to uninstall (unless you "root" the phone, obviously).Shame on you Samsung for burning in this spying software into what is otherwise an excellent phone.

Great phone, sealed packaging
Phone arrived in a sealed box (see photos) in perfect condition. Works beautifully, very nice broad screen, typical Samsung quality. Fits comfortably in smaller hands!
