So, my phone has a problem...it only likes Sony head phones. And so, when I wanted to plug it into a sound system rather than through Blutooth, I knew I needed to use a Sony cable but still, I tried cheaper cords, I mean...it's jsut a sound system. How hard can it be?It turns out, very. Every other cable I used broke down after a few weeks and started to cut out when I'd use it. I decided to see if this cable really would work. I mean it SAYS Sony so it's got to be good, and as it turns out, it IS! So far the connection it makes is SOLID. So it never cuts out and pops. The sound is excellent and even though the line is thin, it's not any worse than a set of ear buds and so I have had no breaks. If you're like me and prefer wired connections, get this. I use it in my car and it's been so much better than other options. Even more expensive cables have been rubbish.

The wire was thinner than the original that came with my headset but that not a big deal. Wires should be getting thinner over time. My headset is over 5 years old and running like new with this cable. Cheap fix for what I thought was a blown speaker. turns out the cable I had before was damaged. I would recommend this product without a doubt. PS. I use it for gaming and it sounds great

A bit thinner than the original cable but works and fits the earphones. Does not have the Sony logo

Not the same as the one that came with the headphones. Thinner and shorter than original. It works (for now) but I am skeptical about its longevity.
