Overall It's A Good Budget Laptop Got This At 29240₹ At Independence Day Sale In Exchange Offer,But Experience With This Laptop Is Average Coz The Hard Drive Asus Used In This Laptop Is Not That Fast And Laptop Lacks Some Performance And Due To Less Air Vents It Also Overheats At 80-100% Load Build Quality Is Also Average There's Flex On Screen Coz Of Plastic Frame And When Opening And Closing The Lid Of The Laptop The Area Near Webcam Makes Clicking Or Crackling Noise , Anyway At 36990 This Laptop Is Quite Good 7/10Build Quality Could Be Better

Don't but this laptop, it is damn slow. Some times it goes to a Black screen, and I need to power off and switch it on again.Browsing through mails, and watching videos itself is making the laptop slow. It never allows me to work, it hungs everytime.When I tried to return the laptop,the app showed customer care will contact me to correct the things and it also didn't happened.Waste of money, DO NOT BUY.

Before I purchased, I saw that HDD + SSD m.2 slot. Then thinking that I could use both and I purchased but once I received I saw that either or HDD or SSD m.2 could be used,but not both. And I have to retuen the SSD m.2Otherwise, if you want to used for light work...it is really having good material. The overall quality was good.

I'm xtremly dissatisfied with it's performance.... I regret my choice! The 8gb serves like a 2gb one! The only helful features I found are its light weight n the fingerprint reader....rest are all bogus....just disgusting! Hangs evry now n then even while using basic softwares! Its a shame that such a famed brand is fooling customers dis way! I have a dell Inspiron laptop(4gb 1tb i5, 3yrs old) that serves far far better dan dis!

Penny wise and pound foolish thats what i feel about myself after buying this laptop, 1. The windows version in this laptop is nearing the end of life and so updates is required. 2. no MS office or office 365 installed no antivirus provided almost all softwares are to be bought seperately. Since most of the firmware/softwares/apps are old and obsolete the initial days of running the laptop will be slow as it will be constantly updating, infact i havent been able to use it to my best capabilities because of this problem, i have a old i3 which is faster than this, it does'nt feel all that light. if i have to add softwares and a nvidia graphics card and a SSD to it it will cost me more than what i would be paying to a high end laptop and still end up with a i5 and a nearing end of life wares in it. Highly disappointed and feel cheated

Only 4 days old laptop see in images, battery problem come.laptop not charging after 80%and battery is drain in maximum 30 minutes.ek star k layak nahi hai ye laptop.

Using Asus laptop first time,no manual,finding difficult to upload files to full capacity of nearly 1 TB,as after loading to 15 GB,it is advising to remove files or ask for for more storage by making payments,which is not clear.I need help.I have same problem.Further MS Office not loaded,I could not use any of Word,excel for normal use,unless I had to purchase directly from MS Office the package for additional expenses,with compulsory renewal annually with payment of Rs.6599.This is not expected.

After few days only laptop starts slow and BIOS screen appears and device get hanged. Product is also one year old in manufacturing. Since last two days I am trying to return the product but not getting and support from anywhere. SOS
