Roll Your Troubles Away
ADDICTION WARNING - I have been using the "Ma Roller" for the past two decades. Legend has it originated from the ancient secret Cripts of China. I did not think I could live without mine until one day I left it at a hotel while traveling.I was unable to locate another Chinese Ma so I replaced it with the Earthlite Roller. The Earthlite Roller is equally as effective as the Ma and was less expensive. I have found if I set my alarm clock to wake me a half hour before I need to get up, then while lying on my back in bed I slip the Roller under the middle of my back with the spine in-between the two raised knobs. Then relax.Truth be known, it takes a bit of getting used-to at first. . .but once your back muscles learn to relax, then by moving the roller up or down the spine, one vertibrae at a time, your back will be magically adjusted. You shall feel an inch taller, and your Chi will be more balanced as you start your day, or night after a nap. If you like to watch TV while lying on the floor. . .try putting a pillow under your head and the Roller under your back. Amazing things will happen, especially if you have been doing manual labor just prior. It stretches your back muscles and gets the kinks out. Don't try to rush it. It takes a minimum of 15 minutes for my muscles to release and to let-go stored tension. The Roller sure beats taking pills for stiff muscle pain. Tension headaches are a thing of the past for me. All I need is some quality time with he Roller. It scores 5 Stars in my book. Don't leave home without it, but also don't leave it someplace while you are away. It is truly addictive! Just ask my back. :) T Parker

A friend recommended this roller
He said it would be life changing. It’s true, my back doesn’t hurt anymore. I don’t use it on the floor, I use it while on my posture pedic mattress which is firm enough to offer results. Many of the you tube instruction videos are instructors showing off their endurance and or pain tolerance as opposed to the graceful approach one should have to using this and making sure it’s positioned properly around your spine. So, as far as directions, you’re on your own, but I advise to take it easy and experiment. It’s worth it. I use this tool daily!!! Maybe one day I’ll be able to show off too.

A high quality Ma roller knockoff that's about $10 cheaper than the original
The inventor of the original Ma roller never patented his design, so a few variations and copy-cat products are offered by multiple sellers. It's more effective in its function if it's made of hard wood, however. Takes time and practice to reap the relaxation / health benefits, but one of the most impressive mechanical DIY wellness promoting devices out there. Simple and durable.

Amazing deep tissue release
The very best way to relieve huge knots in your back. I’ve been using one of these for over 2 decades, and gifted one to each of my twins. Relieves muscle spasm, helps to re-align the back between chiropractic visits. Deep pressure - hurts in a good way! Helps with headaches caused by tension. Made of solid maple - not compressed wood fibers. Smooth and very sturdy.

Easy to use
When I first used it the pain was pretty strong, but after I used it my back felt better.

Worth it's weight in gold!
Great for achy back. I can realign myself when back goes out or sciatica threatens. I want all my family and friends to have this deep tissue relief.

Great Product..
Have had one very similar for more than 35 years.. It broke from severe abuse.. Note it is not a bat.. Bought this one, arrived faster than stated, very good quality dense wood.. I use it regularly to make small adjustments to the spine.. Saved me thousands in chiropractor visits.. Please learn to use it correctly, could cause damage of you use it improperly.. Love it and would suggest it to anyone who asks..I have been in more than 20 car accidents with other people driving, and broken my back twice doing stupid dumb stuff "hold my beer" stuff.. So understand back pain and can say from my experience this relieves muscle aches, and helps control back spasms, and helps align vertebrae..Good Luck...

It is not as seen.
The center hubs are not rounded. Instead they angle up sharply to 1/8 inch thin flat edges that cut deeply into tissue leaving a deep narrow groove in you tissue, rather than a wider rounded edge that would apply pressure across the tissue. Best described as painful and ineffective.
