Q: how is the fit for smaller guys... not well endowed...?

It’s sorta like The Rock in a muscle shirt versus a regular guy. The eye candy appeal probably isn’t the same but it’s still comfortable. I guess it’s also depending on how small you’re talking…If your at least average buy ‘em!

Q: Are these still comfortable if you get a boner in them? Is it stretchy enough to accommodate a full-size boner?

"Full-size" is 4" for some people, and 8"+ for others. Your mileage may vary.

You hang it in the middle. Thru the hole. Very comfortable

Q: How do the sizes run?

I order my normal sizes and they fit perfect.But if you want less room order one size small.
