I ordered this for my dad the electrolarynx works fine now as for the charger and battery's is a different story first battery on charger got very hot took off charger let it cool down and had no charge sent message to seller who said "It is possible the batteries are 100% full and keeping them in the charger is causing some reaction from the charger" the very next line in his reply "Each Battery has an internal circuit board which prevents over charging and other issues; so, it is safe"... first off I did not keep them on the charger it was one battery and was on for less than 2 hours another response " I suggest taking the batteries out of the charger for a few days or a week; let your father use the product in the meantime; then after some time Then put it into the charger ." ok so after the one remaining battery died put in charger charging light came on after a short time charging light went off but charged indicator light never came on battery never charged next response.. "Walter do the batteries have any power at all ?If no lights are showing it could be the batteries are 100% full" this supposedly is the responses from the president of the company I don't know how many ways it takes to tell someone a battery is dead and charger does not work so if this is the support you get for a $15 item (battery's and charger) I don't hold out any hope for the warranty on $300 electrolarynx take your own chance's

We bought this electrolarynx as a surprise gift for the cousin of our best friend. The old one he had was over 6 years old and in disrepair. He was basically mute. His health insurance refused to cover any cost of a new one.He is beyond thrilled with the quality and clarity of the device. We all cried tears of joy when he spoke with it for the first time!Thank you, Romet, for a more affordable device that gives people the priceless ability to communicate!

Exelente producto, super útil e indispensable

We are not new to the world of electro larynx equipment and have purchased 7 in the last 6 years. In this particular model there are some improvements. For instance, they are longer and easier to hold. The exterior covering is also easier to hold. The negative is the buttons are exposed and therefore constantly bumped and moved. Volume is not very loud and the voice sound is "low" and difficult to . For some reason it is just harder for everyone and for me (a seasoned listener) to understand. I am so disappointed.

We returned it once. Received a new one. And this one does not work. We would like a refund due to the expense and my son needs a reliable voice. It looks nice, but does not work properly. And he is an experienced electolarynx user. I would not recommend this product.

This was a gift and was bought to replace an older item which was exactly the same model. For the past month, no issues were encountered. So far so good.

Me encanto que gracias a este aparato ya no me encuentro incomunicado al haber perdido mi capacidad de hablar, con el tengo esta capacidad de regreso. Solo un pequeño inconveniente, el boton para hablar esta descubierto y constantemente se activa.
