Mederma Scar Gel & Stretch Mark Cream — DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Sharing my honest personal experience: Mederma did not work for me at all. I spent around ₹30,000 on their tubes/products, hoping to see an improvement, but I saw no meaningful results. What also concerns me is the amount of promotion these products receive from influencers on YouTube and social media. It can create very high expectations, but in my experience, the results simply did not match the marketing. I eventually consulted a dermatologist, and I was advised to stop using Mederma and not keep spending money on it expecting the scar/stretch marks to disappear. After spending so much, I genuinely regret buying these products. My advice based on my experience: don't blindly trust influencer promotions. Consult a qualified dermatologist first. If you want to waste your money, go ahead — otherwise, think twice before buying Mederma.

Positive result !!
I have been using this gel for the scar on my face due to being burned by hot cooking oil, about 1 inch in size. I have started applying after 2 weeks of post-healing from the burn. After applying for 4 -5 days, it starts showing the results of this gel by lightening the burnt area. Amazing results! PS: results might be vary for others depending on the intensity of the scar skin tissue.

This has been a game changer for my PIH. Although this doesn’t work on older deeper dark brown spots but works really good on the newer reddish ones. Been a staple in my skincare routine.

Scar gel doesn't work
I have tried scar removal gel before (and it worked great), but this one has zero effect. Doesn't have that hot burning sensation after use (like previous experience of another gel). Doesn't even work on fresh scars.
