Review: Tried several Melatonin supplements. This is the one that worked. - We'd been trying several recommended sleep aid supplements. Some left you groggy in the morning. Others didn't produce deep sleep. This one seems gentle (it doesn't knock you out), helps induce deep sleep, and doesn't leave one groggy in the morning. It also doesn't seem to produce dependency: meaning, we don't need to increase the dose to make it work over time. I take just one (not the recommended 2) 30 min. before sleep. It works
Review: It helps a lot - I have fairly serious insomnia. I didn't realize this until recently. I have been taking a antihistamine at night to help with sleep and it works but not completely. This works as effectively if not more so than the antihistamine. I will purchase again. Be warned, if you take this during the day you WILL get tired. I did that once and had to take a nap within 30 minutes and basically ended up sleeping the whole day. So don't take until you are basically ready for bed.

**Q: what is the mg of melatonin?**
A: Melatonin 5 mg.  It also has L-Theanine 100 mg, Camomile (flower) 17mg, Passionflower extract 17mg, Lemon Balm extract 16mg.  Don't know which part of this helps me to sleep but it is the only OTC product that works for me.

**Q: ingredients??? vegan or not???**
A: Seems vegan - glucose syrup, beet sugar, water, gelatin, color from carrot and blueberry juices, pectin, coconut and canola oil, and wax to prevent sticking.  Does say it's processed in a plant where egg, soy peanuts and milk may be present.

**Q: Are these made from gelatin?**
A: Yes, pectin

**Q: Is each gummy 5 or are 2 gummies total of 5?**
A: Each gummy is 5 mg.

I have fairly serious insomnia. I didn't realize this until recently. I have been taking a antihistamine at night to help with sleep and it works but not completely. I have the WORST insomnia. I’ve been prescribed ambien for years to the point it doesn’t even work anymore. Nothing works. Except this. THIS WORKS. I fall asleep fast and wake up refreshed without the groggy feeling. I love the taste of them- almost too much. Highly recommend!
