Interesting light reading comparing various 20th century firearms. This book is a short read with lots of nice pictures and color drawings of pistols, rifles, and machine guns from the great conflicts of the century. It's inexpensive and part of a series including aircraft, tanks and artillery.

This "book" is thinner than a magazine and not value for money. It had to be returned. Dont believe the gloss

The book is filled with pictures of the weapons, various diagrams and packed full of facts what more could you aske for.

Selbst der günstige Preis ist das Buch nicht wert!Wieso?Das relativ großzügig gehaltene "Werk" dient nur der Unterscheidung zwischen Streitaxt und Gewehr! Fast alle Typenbilder sind Computeranimationen und keine Fotographien. Also für den sachorintierten Leser nicht geeignet, da die Beschreibung genau wie die allseitigen Darstellungen zu oberflächlich sind. Für die paar richtigen Fotos ist es den Kauf nicht wert. Und Detaildarstellungen gibt es eh keine.War für mich ein Fehlkauf.
