Each night I put my hair up in that pineapple clump to prevent damage while I sleep. I use them regularly during the week to pull my hair back in a ponytail when I’m trying to stretch my wash days. I also use them to tie my hair back for sweat-inducing activities like cycling, working out at the gym and even house cleaning. No pulling or tugging on hair at all! I will never buy regular hair bands ever again these are my go to! 10/10 recommend!!! I do feel like I should say make sure you take good care of them do not get them wet unless you are washing them which I would recommend you wash them about once or twice a month depending on your usage and wash by hand with cold water and very gentle detergent they will leak a bit just don’t leave them in the water long and don’t ring them out dry them out with a towel by dabbing them and hang them to dry but other than that they are totally worth it!
