Mantic TerrainCrate: Dungeon Debris, Multi

I bought these to spice up my D&D encounter. I was tired of just having blank white grid squares w/ sharpie lines to work with. These items are super simple to paint mostly using dark browns, iron metal, and some grays. None of the pieces were warped or damaged. They do have mold lines though, so be prepared to sand them off if you care.

the good - the product is great. the detail is great and I cant wait to paint them up even if they don't need any paint. plastic is good as is and I could never make any of the smaller pieces myself if I were to make them myself. the sculpts are great and I could've never had made these myself even if I tried hard enough. the bad - the number of pieces on the packaging and listed on amazon is 24. however, when I opened up my create and counted out how many pieces I had received, the total pieces came out to 22 instead. (looks like two skulls were missing in my box instead of 4 like it was listed on the packaging and on the product page) but that means I paid for something that wasn't there that's should have been included in the first place. mantic games, please fix this product error for the next person who orders your creates later. overall - even with my critism, the product is solid. would definitely recommend this for anyone who has a hard time creating for their RPG/wargaming/diorama tables like I do. addendum - although I do stand by what I said about the bad part about my order, it only bothers me a bit because I have molding a casting supplies so i can make as many skulls as i want. it just means that the product is a bit more expensive that what is advertised if pieces are going to be missing by the time you receive it. if you don't have access to molding and casting supplies then disregard this addendum section

Christmas present

This sets items are very small - I wish there was more photos on the listing for scale and such, but overall a nice set. Just know these wouldn’t block ranged or LOS attacks imo

It got here non tiume as promised. It was in perfect shape as promised. BUT: I really don't think counting teeny weeny skulls that look like sprue as "pieces" is fair.

Mold lines everywhere. If you don’t mind them, then this is a four-start product. Wooden terrain isn’t difficult to paint, so just a brown primer, maybe some brown craft or hobby paint, and a brown wash will do.

Great price and easy to paint, hold paint well

The pieces are detailed and well made. They save me the time of printing up the small terrain items and focus on the maps and campaign. Good price.
