Well. When i opened the package i was surprised this product fell out and it looked like a real cigarette. The tip was rubbery and there is a ball in this product. When you take a draw off this, you really feel some resistance. All you are putting into your lungs is oxygen, nothing else. Im a menthol smoker and i wished there had been some kind of coolness about this product. Price? OVERPRICED for this product. This product will last around 4 weeks they say, will I purchase another one? NO WAY!!! No thank you

It’s not like a straw as others have said, there’s a thing inside it that moves when you suck on it and it provides resistance, like a cigarette. When you quit smoking, you’re working on quitting two parts of the addiction, the drug and the ritual. This provides some relief for the habitual part of your addiction. Placebo is a poweful thing. Close your eyes, take a drag off this and picture smoke entering your lungs, hold it there and blow out, picture the smoke blowing out of your mouth. You just did a breathing exercise that calms you down like a cigarette would. This is a helpful tool especially if you can’t wean off the nicotine, lets say, if you’re a pregnant woman and you need to stop NOW. or if you’re using nicotine replacement therapy and you want something to hold and satisfy the oral fixation. This thing is great. I got the plain old oxygen one because I’m not too sure about the safety regarding inhalation of flavorings. So mine is unflavored, just a thing to hold and suck on and bite. And it’s great. I hope I don’t lose it. It is kind of pricy but I would buy this again.I will say, there’s quite a bit of airflow resistance which is good in my opinion. This would work better for a mouth to lung smoker like myself rather than a direct to lung smoker. All in all, great safe drug free cessation product. I’m glad it exists. Helped me out immensely.

Might work for vaper’s trying to quit but I’m a cigarette smoker and it’s nothing like a cigarette for feel🙁🙁

If you just want to act like you are smoking this works. Having said that, it gives no satisfaction for a person who has quit smoking and wants the experience of smoking.

I smoke a lot. Too much. Quit nicotine but MJ and I have been friends for years. When I quit nicotine - both cigarettes and from vaping - this helped a lot. I took a supplement that you can find here on Amazon and literally had this in my mouth all the time to stop the urges and I quit!. You can’t go into this thinking it’s going to be a spot on alternative. The point is to mimic the pull you do when smoking to get that “satisfying” release in the exhale. It won’t get you high or buzzed. It’s completely safe. I am now trying to break up with MJ so I bought another one. Still helps!

This says to shake to activate, nothing happens. Even though they do have the look and feel of a cigarette, there is no aroma or taste, so nothing more than sucking on a fancy straw.
