OK I was sceptical about these. Thought it was another fad. But I was wrong these have suppressed my appetite completely I struggle to eat my normal meals. I'm now literally eating half of what I use to. I take two in the morning before breakfast and I'm content all day. Amazing product i will be ordering more. I'm one happy customer. Thank you

Great value high strength capsules. Strong smell but to be expected. Easy to swallow and no side effects. Usually take after breakfast for a boost throughout the day. I'll certainly continue to take apple cider vinegar for my metabolism.
