Like the design, could use some improvements

Metal plate flung off on day 1!
I guess you get what you pay for. I got this because of the metal plate. I use a mount in my car that is convenient for me. BUT the first time I went to use it, the metal plate literally flug off before it even touched the magnet. Like it was held up there with cheap grade school Elmer's glue. I like everything else about the case. So I added a different plate on it. The adhesive plate is so much better than the original plate. The company never responded back to me either. To see if it was just mine or of it's like this for everyone. And during the pandemic, I'm not trying go back and forth to the post office.

Returning
It was great for a day I really liked it but the metal thing came off. I had my phone on my car magnet mount and it was fine but an hour into my drive it just dropped . Will be returning it. I wanted for the functionality of the back but didn't work out.

Fell apart after 30 days
I've only had it a month, and it has completely fallen apart. I'm not rough with my phone. The magnet fell off the first day, you can't clean it, the paint comes off. Never left a review but this case was pretty cheap.

Perfect fit. OnePlus 7 pro.

Ok case
The case is ok but the metal hook at the back of the case is very flimsy .It does not move or glide around so it's difficult to have your finger in it and use the phone comfortably.So if you're looking for a phone case with a user-friendly and strong finger ring I won't recommend this case.
