In your video, the lady told like can put hot or cold water under Inox box then it can keep hot. But I am not see that. I used today for my lunch. I put water as the video teach. And all the water come directly through my food. Not recommended

I like the product, except, food does not stay warm passed an hour

Bought this for my daughter as microwaves are not allowed in school this year. Unfortunately, does not keep food warm.
