Apple iPad Air (3rd Generation, 10.5-inch, 2019), 64GB, Wi-Fi, Space Gray (Renewed)

I ordered this product less than 24 hours ago and I live in a relatively rural area. It arrived a day early, in perfect condition and runs like a champion. The company reached out to me after I entered the warranty information to make sure I was happy. Pretty impressive company! Will buy from them again!!

I have absolutely loved this iPad so far. I use it for research and writing as well as for livestreaming and learning music. It's sleek and lightweight but is definitely well-built. It looks brand new and operates pretty much perfectly. Sometimes I notice the screen does not respond for a few seconds, but I looked it up and this is apparently common in thus model of the iPad, and doesn't have anything to do with the "renewed" status. The battery lasts days at a time with moderate use and will last pretty much all day even with heavier use. It was so fast and easy to set up. I bought it because I enjoy the one my work provided for work, but wanted my own. My work gave us all an iPad pro for use in our classrooms. I honestly don't notice a huge difference between this iPad and the Pro other than maybe the Cameras. I was really nervous to buy renewed but just couldn't justify a brand new iPad price. I'm so glad I did it. It had been perfect for what I needed.

I purchased this refurbished iPad expecting reliable performance at a more accessible price point. I had typically had good luck with refurbished Apple products on Amazon. Unfortunately, the device functioned adequately for only 100 days before developing a critical hardware failure. The Home button became stuck and unresponsive. Shortly thereafter, the screen became non-responsive. Despite multiple attempts at troubleshooting—including restarts, hard resets, and other standard recovery methods—the device remains inoperable. Given that this was a refurbished unit, I anticipated a higher standard of inspection and repair. It appears the Home button issue was not properly addressed prior to resale. I would not recommend this product or this seller.

The IPad came beautifully packaged and was well protected. It had a card in there offering a warranty and a free pair of earbuds. This is actually the first Apple product I have ever owned that wasn't just a pair of Airpods, so it was definitely an interesting experience opening up that bad boy and using it for the first time. So far I have not had any issues aside from just a little "quirk". Sometimes it delays in turning on and doesn't actually show me a powering on screen. Or sometimes it needs me to plug in the charger for a sec for it to turn on. Depends on how it's feeling I guess 😂 Another little "quirk" it has is that it always, without fail, turns on when I plug it in the charger when I just want it off and charging. Nothing has been a poor experience so far! The graphics are nice and smooth, which is awesome for someone like me cause I'm an artist and I'm now using procreate. Highly reccomend if you're looking for an affordable option!

Very impressed by selection of iPad Air 3. Was expecting some damage but nothing to report. Very easy set up and absolutely love this purchase. Goodbye old iPad and hello to this very light weight and easy use set up of iPad Air 3. Still watching battery life but does seem to lose life rather quickly with continuous use. Not sure if that’s normal still monitoring outside of that amazing deal this was thank u amazon was same day delivery. My advice get one u won’t be disappointed. Great value for your money

Lo único que no me gustó, es que una vez que lo recibí, apareció el mismo iPad a la venta pero con mayor capacidad de memoria 😒 pero aparte de eso, estoy muy contenta con mi adquisición! 😊☺️

El producto llegó en tiempo y forma, como la descripción lo menciona no es un producto nuevo, en mi caso solo tiene unos rayones en la parte posterior casi son imperceptibles, el cargador no es original es un cargador genérico pero está bastante decente, en la primera oportunidad que tenga compraré el original. El uso que le doy es para entrenamiento (redes sociales, Netflix, videos etc) a veces utilizo programas de diseño y va bastante bien, con el uso que le he dado hasta el momento recomiendo el producto.

I just received this iPad Air 3 today and am impressed with how new it looked. I was expecting for it to have a few scratches here and there since it’s been “renewed” but it looks pristine. Only time will tell with how it will fully perform but for now it works great. It’s fast and the battery life seems good. The charger and cable wasn’t an apple brand one but still works as it should. If everything works well in the next month or two I will probably buy my daughter one as well as she’s using a really old and slow iPad mini. I would say 10/10 would buy again - for now.
