What does this smell like? i am very sensitive. thank you

Smells like 409. It is not strong but effective. No pine or lavender smell.

Can you use on Stainless steel appliances?

Hi there! Yes, you can use it on stainless steel. It states that on the bottle.

Is this actually the lemon scent?

I didn't even know they had a lemon scent. If you can find the refill, I would grab it whatever the scent unless the price is exorbitant.
