Dolphin DX3 DX4 Cartridge Assy and Bottom Lid Conversion Kit

Fits my existing Dolphin cleaner perfectly. Does a great job of collecting insects and leaves.

Works great, our old filter assembly wouldn’t hold the sand in the vacuum. Pool deck was always dirty looking. Should’ve replaced it a year ago or more.

Fit exactly in place. The tabs that join the frame to the base are too fragile and are easily broken

I used this part to replace the part that came with my dolphin titan. The part fits the titan but it is not as tall as the original part and had less surface area. The screens are not the same size as the original. I used the part for 3 years and then it broke or separated at the seam between the housing for the filter and the base plate. I gave it 3 stars because this is the second purchase that broke or separated in the same place. I couldn't find the spring filter for this size on Amazon, and while it does fit and work on the titan the suction is reduced from the reduced surface area.

I’m happy to report this was able to revive my tired sunburnt plastic filter basket. The twist locks that hold the filters all started to snap off no matter how careful. The mesh filters were also ripping from the frames. Lo and behold when it finally all broke bad enough to require wire wrap to vacuum I found this. The pictures will show the filter size and depth disparity between the original and new. Don’t be afraid, although your old filters are now obsolete the new design is easier to place in the vacuum. Very happy to find this part so I don’t need to trash this old work horse 🤘

I’ve been using the filter bag on my Dolphin for years. It works well and really filters fine debris like pollen. But it tends to clog quickly and is a pain to clean. This pleated paper filter system works just fine for day to day cleaning, doesn’t clog with leaves, etc and is simple and quick to clean!
